This is my first animation I've made in my class.

I'd Like To Learn

1. I'd like to take cake decorating classes
2. I'd like to try glass blowing & see what alienated shape I will recreate
3. I'd like to find my zen more often & do yoga regularly
4. I'd really like to build my savings account in high volume
5. I'd like to learn how to drive a stick shift...I really should.
6. I'd like to know how to build a fire...without a match or lighter.
7. I'd like to learn how to tell a story and keep peoples attention through out the whole thing
8. I'd like to learn how to change a tire...I'm sure I'll have to some day, I have at least another 50 years on earth
9. I'd like to go to a shooting range. Those long guns, and hand guns.. I want to shoot it all.
10. I'd like to learn how to do skeet shooting.
11. I'd like to learn how to defend myself properly by taking a self defense class.
12. I'd like to learn more about graphic design, web design, animation, and all the interior design classes I can.

That's all I got at the moment. I hope I can complete or do most of these buy the end of next year!

Welcome Home

This song has been put on replay a lot lately. Its my favorite this week. For my video class I had to make a short video and I put this song in as the background music, it worked perfectly. I haven't found another song by Radical Face that is even as remotely good as this one. In the end it just makes me want to come home.

Holocene

Since the summer I've gotten really captivated by the sound of Bon Iver. I love their music more than any other indie folk alternative band I've heard before. I've realized after listening to Bon Iver so much my music taste has changed. I'm now focused on bands that sound like Bon Iver. I still love Brand New, but Its hard for me to listen to them as often anymore. I think as we get older we grow, in ways we don't even realize, and sometimes do realize even if we don't like it. I'm starting to think that brand new is a good memory of my teen years, and now, being 20 (woo!) I'm listening to music with new ears, and indie is my favorite.This song holocene is one that I can listen to on repeat for hours. I even fall asleep to it some nights. loveee it.

Day 30- A picture of Someone you miss

Glen. I MISS HIM! I miss him I miss him I miss him. I miss him reallly really bad. I live in Hawaii right now...way too many miles and a ocean away from him in California. Its the end of October and i've been in Oahu for almost 3 months now, and I haven't seen glen since july 28th. Each day it gets harder and harder to be apart. I've never missed someone as much as I miss glen. I miss glen so much it hurts. I can't wait to move back home in december. To be wrapped up in his arms again will make me the happiest girl in the world. and I chose this song, because its OUR song.

Day 29 - A picture that makes you angry.

Animal Cruelty! I hate the thought that someone would let this poor dog starve like this. It gets me so worked up, knowing that humans can be so cruel and heartless, to let this animal cruelty go on. This shouldn't happen. ever. There are poor animals being abused and abandoned every day. It makes me so sad to the point where I'm angry that this goes on. No animal deserves to be treated like this. Give a donation to animal shelter or volunteer. You can make a difference. If you have an animal, I hope you show it some love after reading this.

Day 28- A picture of something you're afraid of

I'm afraid of fear itself. I feel I am invincible until I feel fear of something. That fear keeps me from progressing, keeps me from growing, and experiencing things and what life has to offer. I used to say I was only afraid of sharks, but as I get older I'm realizing there is so much I fear It's shocking. So many things that could go wrong, and stop you from growing in a way. I have felt the peacefulness and relief of overcoming a fear before and it is a great feeling. Sometimes in order for me to do that I had to tell myself I wasn't afraid and believe it in order to get where I wanted to be. I hope I can be strong and not fear too much more. Everyone wants to fee. invincible right?

Day 27 - A picture of yourself and a family member

My sister Breanne and I on halloween many many years ago. This photo has made its way out of a dusty old photo album to my bedroom, to my bulletin board, to myspace, to facebook,and now to blogspot. Breanne and I have had so many good times together i can't even name them all. As my big sister she has done her job by always teaching me the things that are most important and I appreciate her more than I share. I feel so blessed to have her as my big sister. I love you breanne:)

My church. I'm a proud member of the church of jesus christ of latter day saints. I know i wouldnt be who i am today if i didnt have it it in my life. its formed my lifestyle and molded me into the person i am today and it helps me become more christ like when i allow it. Day 25 - A picture of your day

Well now that I live in Oahu, Hawaii..I feel like its only natural to post a nature shot. So this is me, on a rare occasion being cliche, and posting a beach shot. I go to the beach almost everyday. most days. 9 out of 10. i love the beach. its perfect for almost every mood im ever in. (Flume by bon iver)

Day 24 - A picture of something you wish you could change.

I wish i could change PEOPLE. Particularly...how selfish people are. I wish every person was more generous, caring, giving, helpful, selfless. I know the world would be so much better. When people are kind and giving service, they are not only making others happy but themselves as well. I don't see why we can't all think outside of ourselves and be a better person.

Day 23 - A picture of your favorite book. Way of a peaceful warrior.. Its opened my eyes so much. I love books that inspire me and keep me thriving to be more. I love changing and improving myself. This book really made me think and re evaluate my life and some decisions I've made. You just get a whole new perspective on things and life and what you can accomplish and how strong one individual can be physically, mentally, and spiritually. READ IT! it will change your life in some way or another.

Day 22 - A picture of something you wish you were better at Something I wish I was better at is probably being creative. when I get thinking I feel like I have a full room of ideas but I can't find the door. I want to get to my full extent of creativeness. The photo is of my (old)bedroom wall. I had the best time painting it. just painted it all black then splattered on gray white and turquoise. The deaths of two of my grandmas. Those were sad days for my dad. I hated seeing him so sad, and of course i was sad. The photo reminds me of my grandma reed. Day 20 - A picture of somewhere you'd love to travel

I've always been a fan of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. While watching the movies I not only fell in love with the characters and the story line but the beautiful scenery that left me jaw dropping. I couldn't how amazingly gorgeous our earth could be. So many scenes in the movies just gave me a strong motivation to get on the next plane there. I would jump through the tv screen if i could. New Zealand has become one of the top places I would LOVE to travel. (Holocene by Bon Iver)

its just got a lot of bumps on it. they wont pop.id have to burn a bunch of layers off my chin for it to ever be flat again. and i defintely dont want to look like a burn victim. 'sigh'

MONEY!! ugh, why is does money have to be sooo important.
My money has been slipping through my fingers so fast.
It sucks not being able to do half of the things you want to do because it costs too much!
I'm try to get a job. I've been on 3 job interviews in the last 3 months and
still no job. Why can't money just grow on trees?

Day 13: A picture of your favorite band/artist.

My favorite band is BRAND NEW. I first heard them when I was in 6th grade. I got a cell phone that came with the song, "The quiet things that no one ever knows" on it. I loved it. As the years went on I realized I loved all their music. Their sound is something I could never get tired of. I was luckily enough to go see them for my 18th birthday in San Jose. It was AMAZING! I can't wait to see them again.

I absolutely love traveling!It makes me sooo happy to explore. I crave adventure. I want to travel the world and see everything I want. I've always wanted to get a old suitcase like the one above and put stickers of the places I've been on it. I love that vintage look. I want to learn about the different cultures in the world and meet new people.

I hate mustard. Grosses stuff ever made! I can't stand it. I think it tastes disgusting. One of the reasons why I think I have bad luck is because MANY times I've been at a restaurant or fast food and I ask for NO mustard...whats on my food? Mustard.

Day 10: A picture of the person you do the most screwed up things with.

Well this one was hard for me cause I don't think I've just had a bunch of experiences with just ONE person. Also for the 'screwed' part, I think its just more of a silly , weird time I will be referring to.
From the top of my head I can remember making the weirdest funniest video of our thumbs with kelsie to the song Sk8er boy by avril lavigne.Believe me, it was entertaining!
I remember when Katie, Sara and I were at the mall and Sara took the Cinnabon Tray and we ran to the other end of the mall and ate all the cinnamon roll samples. lol
I remmeber a lot more but I dont want to share it with the internet..haha

This is a photo of me and my best friend victoria jane on the ride California Screamin at California Adventures when we went to LA for our Senior Trip. We had the best time together. Both hyper and crazy the whole night. I'm so glad I've had Victoria in my life. I couldn't of gotten through high school without her. She helped me with boy advice to what clothes to wear and not wear,taco bell runs to random daily errands to fun sleepovers with photoshoots. She's always been there when I really really needed it.

Day 8: A picture that makes you laugh every time you look at it.

My cousins and I were up in Canada going through my nana's dress up clothes and we all found outfits we put together and I took photos of each of them. This is my little sister rachels outfit she threw together and I think its hilarious,mostly cause it is so HER! shes silly and always has something funny to say or do.

I think I'd want to trade places with Emma Watson for a day because of the the obvious, shes rich, pretty, lives in Paris, France, is apart of the british fashion industry, and a model and has an accent. I'd love to experience all of those. Her lifestyle seems pretty sweet to me.

I Get By With A Little Help From My Friends

Day 2:A picture of the person you've been closest with the longest.

Looking back at high school, and middle school I realized I always had one friend the entire time that I could call up or chill with. This girl is Kelsie. We became best friends in 6th grade. We met through the hello kitty food erasers ha! We've done a lot the last 13 years together.
6th grade camp, beach trips, becoming 'sk8ter girls', thumb home videos haha, birthday parties, numerous sleep overs, shows at the Underground, the multiple nick names, english class, halloween-with our matching hot dog suits! lol, photography class, prom, movies and our notebooks we wrote back and forth in, also our "inside jokes" book we wrote that we've probably forgotten all of them by now and the list goes on.
Through thick and thin we've been there for each other.

So I was looking at my friends blog and she had a friend who came up with a good idea of a 30 day blog post. Each day is about a particular thing. So since I have way to much time on my hands...here I go, starting now.

DAY 1: A picture of yourself with 15 facts.

-I chose this picture because thats probably how I look most of the time. Focused on something, in deep thought, or not thinking at all. My hair, crazy with tons of different colors.

1. This is a picture of me in October when I just turned 19.
2. There's not a day that goes by when I don't listen to music.
3. I really believe if I was filthy rich I would give to charity and people in need. So...I'm hoping God will come around and bless me? tehe.
4. I like to draw and paint. Although I'm not that good. It's my remedy when I'm feeling creative.
5. I can't sing at alllllll.
6. I'm a Licensed CNA, HHA, and Caregiver..whoopee.
